It has all for a family with kids to have a weekend staycation. Good pool, small lakes, afternoon tea with kids snack corner and many activities. It’s close to cafes at Taman Budaya so no need to go out of the complex to find great foods or coffee with great ambience. We stayed for celebrating my husband birthday, they did provide sliced cake for those having birhtday on the day of stay, not after or before. The breakfast’s great if you like local food, not for those fancy for bule style as they dont serve cheese or cold cuts. The staffs tried their best to make our stay memorable, even provide and try extra mile for it, really appreciate.

We stayed during a very busy weekend. But they handled all the guests pretty well, even during the hectic breakfast in the morning. Our kids loved the lake, ducks, mini zoo at the back, children playground (indoor + out door), and also the horse ride. The room was very spacious, well maintained, n really clean. My kids enjoy the facilities, the mini zoom, indoor playground, and of course the pool. Thank you to miss Gisell who welcome us warmly in our suite room.

I messaged the hotel to prepare a card that said happy wedding anniversary to surprise my wife. The hotel went up a bit further by sending a cake with my notes. My wife was really surprised and happy with the surprise. Overall, great service by the hotel staff. Amazing rooftop basketball court!
